Disclaimer

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

FutureScan is an AI-powered compliance verification platform. All outputs are automated analyses of publicly available data and are for informational purposes only. Results are not a definitive legal assessment or professional advisory service.

1. Platform Purpose

FutureScan, operated by Renew EcoMe LLC, provides automated analysis of publicly available corporate sustainability data and payment accessibility compliance. It is intended as a starting point for compliance review.

It is not designed, intended, or suitable for:

  • Making legal, regulatory, or compliance decisions (EU CSRD, CSDDD, UFLPA, EUDR, EAA, or any other framework)
  • Conducting formal ESG assessments or due diligence
  • Evaluating companies for investment, partnership, or procurement purposes
  • Replacing professional legal, financial, or sustainability advisory services

2. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses multiple artificial intelligence systems — including Anthropic’s Claude for accessibility analysis and Google Gemini (with Google Search grounding) for supply chain compliance and disaster risk assessment — to analyze publicly available web data. AI-generated content may be:

  • Inaccurate — AI models can misinterpret, hallucinate, or produce factually incorrect information
  • Incomplete — analysis is limited to publicly accessible web content at the time of scanning
  • Outdated — corporate data changes frequently; cached results may not reflect current state
  • Biased — AI models may reflect biases present in training data

Accessibility analysis is performed by AI (Anthropic Claude) and should be verified by qualified accessibility professionals. Automated tools detect approximately 30-40% of all potential barriers.

The “Confidence Score” (capped at 95%) reflects public data visibility, not a verified compliance assessment. A high score does not guarantee compliance; a low score does not imply non-compliance.

2a. Disaster & Climate Risk Assessment

The Disaster & Climate Risk Scanner uses Google Gemini AI with Google Search grounding to assess natural disaster exposure and climate change vulnerability of supply chain nodes. You acknowledge that:

  • Disaster risk scores and hazard lists are AI-generated estimates, not verified environmental assessments or actuarial analyses
  • “Recent events” data is retrieved via real-time search and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate
  • Risk levels (High/Medium/Low) are subjective AI classifications and should not be used as the sole basis for insurance, emergency, or investment decisions
  • Geographic coordinates for supply chain nodes are estimated from location names and may not reflect exact facility positions
  • The assessment does not replace professional environmental impact studies, TCFD-aligned climate risk analysis, or certified natural hazard assessments

2b. SDG Impact Scores

SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) impact scores displayed in audit reports are calculated using a deterministic mapping methodology that correlates WCAG violation categories with the 17 UN SDGs. These scores represent estimated alignment, not certified assessments. They are intended as educational indicators to support your ESG reporting and sustainability strategy, not as a substitute for formal SDG impact measurement frameworks.

3. Web Scraping Limitations

The Platform analyzes only publicly available information. It does not access private, internal, or password-protected corporate data. Results reflect the public digital footprint of a company, which may not represent the full picture of their supply chain or accessibility practices.

The Platform respects robots.txt directives and does not scrape websites that disallow automated access.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing in this Platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, ESG consulting, investment advice, or any other form of professional advisory service. If you need professional advice in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional.

5. Third-Party Data

The Platform references regulatory frameworks (EU CSRD, CSDDD, UFLPA, EUDR, EAA) and certification standards (B-Corp, ISO, UL, WCAG, etc.) for informational purposes. References to these frameworks do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the governing bodies.

Company data displayed is sourced from publicly accessible web pages and documents. Renew EcoMe LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party source material.

6. No Warranty

This Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Renew EcoMe LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Platform for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renew EcoMe LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of or reliance on this Platform or its outputs, including but not limited to business decisions, compliance actions, investment choices, or reputational impacts based on Platform-generated analysis.
