Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FutureScan (“the Service”), operated by Renew EcoMe LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FutureScan provides automated digital accessibility auditing, supply chain compliance mapping, disaster and climate risk assessment, and educational tools. Our reports are designed to help you understand and improve your organization’s compliance posture as a trusted advisory resource.
The Service includes, but is not limited to: WCAG 2.2 checkout accessibility scanning, supply chain transparency analysis (EU CSRD, CSDDD, UFLPA, EUDR), disaster and climate risk assessment powered by AI with real-time data grounding, SDG impact scoring, and interactive supply chain mapping.
The Service is provided “as is” and is intended as a supplemental tool for compliance review, not as legal advice or a guarantee of complete regulatory compliance.
3. AI-Powered Analysis
The Service uses multiple artificial intelligence systems to perform automated assessments. You acknowledge that:
- Anthropic Claude AI is used for accessibility assessments and visual analysis of website screenshots for WCAG 2.2 compliance
- Google Gemini AI (with Google Search grounding) is used for supply chain compliance analysis, disaster and climate risk assessment, and in-app chatbot guidance. Google Search grounding enables real-time data retrieval for current geopolitical events, natural disasters, and regulatory changes
- AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies and should be verified by qualified professionals in the relevant domain
- Automated testing detects approximately 30-40% of potential accessibility barriers; manual testing is recommended as a complement
- Disaster and climate risk assessments are based on publicly available data and AI interpretation. They are not a substitute for professional environmental risk assessments, insurance evaluations, or emergency preparedness planning
- SDG impact scores are calculated using a deterministic mapping methodology and represent estimated alignment, not certified assessments
- Results are educational in nature and should not be the sole basis for legal or regulatory compliance decisions
4. Ethical Scanning Policy
Our auditing tools are designed to be non-intrusive and ethical:
- We scan only publicly accessible pages
- We respect robots.txt directives
- We never store credentials or PII found during scans
- We do not execute destructive actions, submit forms, or bypass authentication
- By running an audit on a URL, you confirm that you have the right to scan that domain
5. Accounts and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in your selected plan. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
5.1 Free Tier
The Service offers a free tier with limited functionality, including cached WCAG scans with summary-level results. Free tier usage is subject to rate limiting and fair use policies. Free tier audits are provided “as is” with no warranty of completeness or accuracy. Renew EcoMe LLC reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice. All other provisions of these Terms, including acceptable use, limitation of liability, and intellectual property protections, apply equally to free tier users.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
- Attempt to overload or abuse the scanning infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer the AI analysis methodology
- Resell or redistribute audit reports without authorization
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
7. SDG Commitment
FutureScan is committed to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals through accessible digital commerce. Our platform maps accessibility compliance directly to SDG targets, supporting your organization’s ESG reporting and corporate sustainability objectives.
8. Limitation of Liability
