Renew EcoMe LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. As a company that provides accessibility compliance tools, we hold ourselves to the highest standard and continuously work to improve the user experience of smartertariff.com and all associated properties for everyone.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

We regularly audit our own properties using our FutureScan Checkout Audit tool as well as manual testing to identify and remediate accessibility barriers. Our current conformance status is partially conformant — we meet many WCAG 2.2 AA criteria and are actively working to address remaining gaps.

Measures Taken

Renew EcoMe LLC takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Include accessibility as part of our development process and design reviews
  • Use semantic HTML elements and ARIA attributes where appropriate
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast ratios across our parchment design system
  • Support keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content
  • Ensure responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
  • Run our own accessibility audit tool against our properties regularly
  • Test with screen readers and assistive technologies

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Audit result visualizations — Some chart and score components may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We provide text-based alternatives where possible.
  • Third-party embedded content — Content from Stripe (payment forms), Google Maps, and other third-party providers may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
  • Exported reports — HTML reports opened in new tabs may not preserve all accessibility features of the original dashboard.

Compatibility

smartertariff.com is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Speech recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation

The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
